The band is made from stainless steel so will not rust
The band is fitted with grey silicone sleave to stop the pipe / cable rubbing against the clip.
The silicone band is superior to cheaper clips with rubber sleaves which degrade.
These are designed to take a 10mm diameter pipe or cable
The hole for the fixing screw is 6.5mm diameter.
