This listing is for a fixing kit which will allow you to mount the Land Rover side gear box to our Powerful UK Molle Plate on the Defender L663.

This kit can be used to mount a gear box on the left or right side.

Please note: This is not compatible with the 'Grid' design Molle Plate (it will only fit our 'Mix' Molle Plate).

The Land Rover gear boxes are designed to be fitted on the RIGHT side of the vehicle but when used in conjunction with our Molle Plate you can relocate it to the left side.

Mounting the box on the LHS make a lot of sense especially for UK drives as you have better rear view from your drivers door mirror and you are loading / unloading your box on the pavement side ( not in the road ) when parked.

We have updated our Molle Plate design to include the mounting holes for the gear box.

If you purchased an earlier version of the Molle Plate without these holes then please let us know and we can supply a drilling template in addition to this kit (see video for details).
