This is a Gap Diagnostics G3 IID tool (G3 IIDToolBT). ( G3 = 3rd Generation Tool )

The IID Tool is a powerful diagnostic system (also called a scan tool or code reader) in a small format.

All you need to modify your car / See live data / fault code read your Land Rover is this tool and a mobile phone ( Apple or Android )

The bluetooth IID tool connects to the mobile app interface on a mobile device (Apple running iOS 11 upwards and Android fitted with V4.0 transceiver and running on Android 8.0 or higher).

There are G3 and G4 models of the IID BT tool available which have different vehicle compatibility coverage - the G3 supports vehicles up to 2019 ( See table in images )

It may be worth considering buying the more expensive G4 ( 4th Generation ) tool with the adaptor cable as this will give you wider coverage and future proof your investment.

Note that you can read the faults and view live data on any compatible Land Rover vehicle but the MODIFICATION is locked to one VIN number.

• Range Rover L322 2002-2012
• Range Rover L405 2013 and up*
• Range Rover Evoque L538 2011-2019*
• Range Rover Sport L320 2005-2013
• Range Rover Sport L494 2014 and up*

2020+ are not supported by the G3 - please see the G4 for these vehicles.
