This listing is for a set of aftermarket fixed side steps for the for the Land Rover Defender L663 (90 model-3 door).

The kit contains a pair of satin black aluminium side tubes supplied with two cast metal steps with a satin black finish and a black plastic top tread.

Also included in the kit is a pair of our plastic step edge covers in a satin black chequer plate finish. These covers are an optional extra and are supplied with the kit as some of our steps may have minor scuffs and marks visible on the satin painted edges. The covers can therefore be used as an ideal finisher to cover the step edge or used at a later date to cover any damage that may occur during use.

We also include the 30 clips you need to replace when removing your sills (they break when the sills are removed).

In addition, we will also include 4x spare clips that secure the underside of the sills.

The side steps will arrive un-assembled you will just need to attach the step plates onto the bars with the supplied bolts.

This is not a genuine Land Rover product and the steps do not have the word DEFENDER on them.

Fitting details

See below video where we fit some genuine side steps to our project Defender 110.

Note: If you find a slight misalignment of the holes when attaching the steps to the bars you can try to elongate the holes slightly with a drill (the holes on the back edge of the step plate).
