This is an edge trim for the Multi-flex raised floor in the VW ID. Buzz.

The Multi-flex floor is an option in the ID. Buzz that raises the floor height to be level with the rear seats when folded.

This is an aluminium trim strip that protects the carpet edge of your floor from wear and tear (it is also a nice finishing touch).

The trim strip can simply be push fitted into place - once pushed into place the trim is very secure (you could add extra fixings on the underside if required by drilling holes in the strip and fixing into the board).

This is not a genuine VW item.

You can gently 'knock' the trim strip into place with a rubber mallet or similar - we would recommend using a strip of wood across the face of the strip to avoid damaging the part.

Do not hammer directly onto the part as it will risk damaging the surface.
