This listing is for a right hand A Pillar finisher in Gloss Black for the Land Rover Defender L663.

The design of the A pillar finisher was updated soon after the Defender was released in 2020 due to the bottom cap coming off when driving.

To solve this problem Land Rover changed the design of the A pillar and bottom cap (the bottom cap is a separate part).

This is the EARLY type.

Important: If you have an early type bottom cap then this is compatible, if you have a late type cap then you can modify this A pillar (see video).

Note: Land Rover have discontinued these early pillars and the early caps - they are no longer available to purchase.

This can be used to repair/replace a damaged/missing item.

The A Pillar finishers on the new Defender are either body coloured or Gloss Black depending on your spec level.
