This listing is for a clamp kit which fits the cross bars for the Land Rover Defender L663 ( will not fit the expedition roof rack).

The mild steel top is steel (magnetic), so this is suitable for mounting accessories which have a magnet on the base (such as warning lights/ beacons etc). The zinc coating offers resistance against corrosion.

The overall size of the top mounting plate is 240mm x 140mm.

The kit consists of 1 clamp assembly as shown in the photos.

The assembly is tightened down securely in place with the supplied stainless steel coach bolts and stainless nyloc nuts.

The top plate is made from zinc plated steel (magnetic) and the bottom strap plates are made from stainless steel (non-magnetic).

We are proud to say that all of the main components in this kit are designed in-house by us and are manufactured locally in the UK.

The blocks are 3D printed in-house - 3D printing leaves layer lines, and a texture on the top surfaces. This is a characteristic of this method, but gives a satisfactory finish.

This kit is shaped to fit the cross bars which are sold by Land Rover as an accessory for the Defender (part number VPLER0178).

This is not a genuine Land Rover item.

This item WILL fit the Land Rover Defender L663 90/110/130 models fitted with cross bars

This item WILL NOT fit the expedition roof rack as the bars are a different profile (see our item LRDR640 for this).
