Rear Step Kit - with Chequer Plate Top

for Land Rover Defender L663

This is a chequer plate rear bumper step kit for the Land Rover Defender L663.

This step fits onto the rear recovery loop, so you will need to have these already fitted to your vehicle.

This kit was designed and developed in-house by our engineering team and the steel step parts are manufactured in the UK.

This step is super handy as a hop-up for quick roof access.

We have designed the chequer plate top cover ourselves which is made from injection moulded ABS.

The metal step plate and the bottom plate are made from 8mm thick heavy duty zinc plated steel which is then black powder coated.

We have intended this to be fitted on the right hand side of the vehicle so it does not get in the way when accessing the boot.

We have tested the step and it works fine with the rear parking sensors.

THE STUD IS NOW PRE-FITTED TO THE STEP (we are now pressing them in to save the hammering)

Which Vehicles will this fit ?

This item WILL fit all Land Rover Defender L663 models (90/110/130) with the external recovery loops fitted

This item WILL NOT fit if you have the genuine Land Rover Defender tow loop inserts fitted - you would need to remove the insert first.
