Side Panel 'Union Jack' Decal Kit in Matte Black

for Land Rover Defender L663 (110 models)

This is a decal kit for the side panels on the Land Rover Defender L663 110 models (5 door).

The side panel is fitted to all 110 models

We designed this decal to fit perfectly onto the side square and will look great fitted to dark or light coloured vehicles.

You will receive 2 decals in the kit - one for each side.

This decal is cut from automotive grade vinyl which has a textured matte black finish.

The decal will come with application backing pre-applied to make fitting as easy as possible.

Included in this kit is:

• Union Jack Flag design decals in Textured Matte Black (Left & Right)
• Squeegee application tool
• Alcohol based surface preparation wipe

These decals should be applied using the wet method using a spray of water mixed with a little baby shampoo (use plenty of water when applying - you can apply it to the back of the vinyl too!).

These decals with high-tack clear application film.

Please note that the side panel on the 3 door "90" model is not the same shape as the "110" model - see our other items if you want this design for a 3 door "90" model.

This is not a genuine Land Rover item.

Fitting Details

It is important to start with clean paint - any dirt on your bodywork will be magnified and appear as bumps in the decal.

Tip: Usually tar spots are left behind after washing, these can be felt as small bumps at the finger tips - use a light compound polish, tar remover or clay bar to remove.

Use the supplied alcohol wipe as a final clean to remove contaminants before applying the decal.

Note: These decals are now pre-fitted with high-tack application film.

Carefully (slowly!) remove the white backing leaving the decal on the clear application film.

Apply a generous spray of water mix to the vehicle (you can spray the back of the vinyl too) and apply the decal (you can carefully re-position).

When you're happy with the position, squeegee the excess water out and carefully remove the clear application film.

Give the decal a final squeegee to remove all of the water.
