Door Wing Mirror - Puddle Lights

This listing is for a PAIR of 2W LED light bulbs in BLUE colour and 2 x Resistors as used in the below video.

These bulbs can be used to replace the standard bulbs used in the Land Rover Freelander 2 "puddle lights" located on the underside of the door / wing mirrors.

These puddle lights were not fitted to all models so have a look under your mirror to check you have them fitted !.

You may not have noticed these lights before as the bulbs fitted as standard are not very bright.

We have fitted these upgraded bulbs to our car and they make a huge difference !

We have these available in WHITE or BLUE - this listing is for BLUE bulbs. ( see our other items for the white version )

The blue version looks really good and as these lights are only ON when the car is stationary there is no legal issues using these.

Why upgrade ?

• LED Bulbs give off more light - no more searching around in the dark for things in the car.
• LED Bulbs use less power - ideal if you need to leave the light on for long periods.

See below fitting videos for the Range Rover L322 puddle lamps but the Land Rover Freelander 2 mirror is the same as the L322 and needs the 2 resistors fitting.

Please note this listing is for 2 bulbs and 2 resistors

There are cheaper LED bulbs on the market but we have fitted and used these bulbs with no problems and they are very effective.

These are NOT genuine Land Rover items

These bulbs do not flag up any errors on the CANbus and can be fitted either way around ( no polarity )

See below fitting video - the bulbs used in the video may be slightly different as we have moved to a new supplier.

This video was taken on a Vogue although the process is the same for a Freelander 2.
