Shipping & Delivery

We endeavour to dispatch all orders placed before 1:00pm GMT Monday - Friday on the same day subject to stock availability.  

Shipping is free to most UK mainland addresses.  A shipping charge applies to those UK mainland areas considered to be remote by our couriers, offshore UK addresses and all international deliveries.  A shipping cost, method and estimate of delivery time is provided prior to checkout.

Typically the UK mainland shipping service is 1-2 working days,  delivery times will be stated at checkout.  Delivery methods and times stated at checkout are the delivery commitments provided by our couriers.  Powerful UK Ltd will not be held responsible for any delays by the courier. Please allow sufficient time for delivery, our courier service is very good but delays can happen.  Please note that Saturday is not classified as a standard delivery day and so Monday becomes the next working day after Friday.

Occasionally deliveries can be delayed for reasons such as adverse weather conditions, overloading in the courier network due to Christmas, Easter, etc.  If your delivery has not been received within the estimated timescale please contact our Customer Service team who will assist with resolving any issues.

International Deliveries

Deliveries to countries outside the UK will be subject to import duties and/or taxes. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay all charges of this nature.  If a customer refuses to pay these charges and the order is returned to us by the courier, the customer shall be responsible for the return shipping charges and these will be removed from any subsequent refund due to the customer.

All deliveries outside the UK and EU are subject to zero UK VAT but will incur a 20% overseas surcharge to cover our international insurance and administration costs. (As detailed above, the customer is responsible for paying all local import duties and taxes due in the destination country).

If shipping outside the UK, please note that further delays can occur due to customs delays.  All  international consignments must have a contact telephone number for delivery, please make sure you add the delivery telephone number during checkout.  Order dispatch may be delayed if no contact number is provided at checkout.

If no delivery service is offered at checkout for your country, please contact us with your full delivery address and we will provide a delivery quote.  However, some products we are unable to deliver internationally due to the size, weight, customs restrictions and courier restrictions.

You will be sent an email when your order is dispatched with the courier details and consignment number.
