Channel Fixing Kit for Roof Rails - M6
for Land Rover Defender L663
This is a handy roof rail fixing kit for the Land Rover Defender L663.
We have designed a 3D printed case for channel nuts which can then be slotted into your roof rails to give you a handy fixing point for accessories.
The nuts are designed so that they can be inerted anywhere along the length of the rail and then rotated to lock into position - this then forms a captive nut in the roof rails.
As these nuts can be inserted anywhere along the length you do not need to unmount your expedition roof rack supports to access the wider opening areas.
NOTE - these fit into the rails on the roof that run front to back - they do not fit in the cross bars or expedition roof rack.
These channel nuts are M6 but we also sell these kits in M8 & M10 (see our other listings).
Note: Bolts are not supplied with this kit.
The nuts are 6mm thick.
The kit includes:
- 4x Cases (3D printed)
- 4x M6 Channel nuts
The channel nuts are zinc plated steel to resist corrision.
This is not a genuine Land Rover item.
