This is a pair of 7" round headlights for
the MGB/MGC/Midget.
These lights are for Left Hand Drive
regions LHD= France / Germany / USA etc ).
These are 'crystal lens' which means the
lens is smooth as the beam pattern is set by the reflector and not the
lens - this gives a cleaner look to the lights.
These lights are E-marked with the correct
continental beam pattern.
These headlamps have a glass lens (so will
not scratch easily like plastic).
In addition to the better technology the
reflectors on these lights are made from plastic and so the reflector
will not rust or corrode like the older metal ones.
These lights use Halogen H4 bulbs (not
included) which you should have in your old lights (unless you have
sealed beam units fitted).
These lights also have a side light bulb
holder - see photo of connector - you may need to cut this
connector off and re-use your old connector.
This listing is for a PAIR of headlights (no
bulbs included).
Fitting Details
Straight replacement for standard unit - no
modification or drilling needed.
No change to wiring or connector needed as
the bulbs connection is the same for sealed beam and halogen H4 bulbs.
Note - the left headlight and right
headlight are both the same.
