This listing is for a pair of replacement LED fog lights that are ready to fit the Land Rover Freelander 2.

These lights have been designed to be a direct replacement for the standard FOG Lamps.

These light units have 2 separate functions:

a) FOG LAMP - this is the central part of the lamp and it has 3 powerful 3w LEDs producing a bright and clear white light - this is connected using the standard H11 plug

b) DRL LAMP - this is produced by the ring of LEDs around the outer edge of the lamp unit - this is connected using the wiring loom connected to an ignition live feed.

The light unit housing is made from plastic and has an aluminium finned heatsink to dissipate heat from the LED units.

These lights are also vented on the rear of the unit (to help prevent condensation) using a microscopic filter which keeps out dust/water.

The fog beam height is adjustable from underneath the light unit using a standard cross-head screwdriver.

There is a standard H11 connector on the rear of the light units so they are just plug and play installation for the FOG lamp function.

The DRL function requires just one wire connecting to a positive ignition feed.

Note: You should consider installing a DRL controller module which will dim the DRL when your headlights are on - these are cheaply available from eBay.

The approximate diameter of this lamp lens is 90mm across.

These units have a tough plastic lens that makes them less likely to crack than glass.

These lights are not E-Mark approved but will pass a UK MOT.

This is not a genuine Land Rover item.

Which Vehicles will this fit ?

This item will fit all Land Rover Freelander 2 (2007 on) including the later models with the "square" fog lamp surrounds.

These WILL NOT fit the older Freelander 1.
