This is a genuine wing mirror assembly for the Range Rover L405 (2013 -17).

Note: This mirror assembly is new and unused but shows light scratches and surface marks from storage and transportation in the box (see photo).

This is a right hand mirror assembly.

Land Rover mirrors contain a lot of features and you need to make sure you select the mirror with the wiring loom in place to support the correct sensors etc that are fitted to the mirror. The below list shows the features that are supported / not supported by this mirror - it may be you can buy an over spec mirror and just leave the connector unplugged for the feature you car does not have - for example wade sensing connector.
