THIS LISTING IS FOR A B-GRADE PRODUCT

We have a number of these trims that have not passed our quality inspections.

There are minor issues with the carbon effect and lacquer finish on these items, these include imperfections in the carbon and lacquer coat (visible from certain angles), minor scratches and scuffed areas - see photos for examples of the issues you should expect on the panel.

You may be able to improve some issues with a detailed polish. Alternatively the panel could be primed and repainted to your choice of colour (ensuring that the surface is suitably prepared prior to painting).

The trim you receive will be new and not previously fitted. We will pre-attach or include a length of 3m automotive tape to allow you to tape down the lower part of the trim to help reduce wind noise and for extra security.

This is the plastic section at the rear of the bonnet ( or "hood" for our American friends ) next to the windscreen.

This item is made from ABS plastic and finished in a carbon fibre effect 3D print with a gloss lacquer.

These trims were painted "Atlas Grey" on most cars but a lot of the Atlas Grey painted items seem to have a problem with the lacquer and are discoloured.

This is a replacement item and not a cover.

Please note this item is not supplied with fitting clips - just re-use your existing ones - see fitting video.

If required, extra fitting clips can be obtained from Land Rover, part number LR108919.

These are not genuine Land Rover items.

Fitting Details

This is a straight replacement item.

The trim supplied may not have automotive tape on the lower edge. We have supplied some tape for you to attach to the item - see photos

Avoid creasing the tape. You may find it easier to apply smaller sections around the curved edges.
