for Land Rover Freelander 2 (2012 -14)

This is a replacement lens for the Land Rover Freelander 2 late type LED rear light (2012 -14).

This listing is for the Right-hand side (UK drivers side/offside).

If you have a damaged/cracked rear light you could try and replace the lens rather than the whole assembly.

With the Freelander 2 rear lights retailing for hundreds of pounds it could be worth trying before you purchase a new light!

This lens is to fit the late type Freelander 2 LED rear light which was introduced around 2012 - this item is not suitable for the earlier lights.

This lens is made from tough CLEAR polycarbonate.

Note: This is a replacement lens not a cover - you will need to apply heat to the lamp to soften the adhesive to remove the old lens and then seal/glue the new lens into position.

These are not genuine Land Rover parts.

Fitting Details

We have not done this replacement ourselves yet.

The trickiest part is removing the old lens which is bonded into place.

With previous light upgrades we have had some success by baking the light assembly first at a low temp to loosen the bonding material around the old lens.

This item WILL fit the Land Rover Freelander 2 LED rear lamps (2012 -14)

This item WILL NOT fit earlier Land Rover Freelander 2 models (2007 -11)
