This listing is for a pair of headlight release rods for the Land Rover Freelander 2.

You lift the tab on the top of this rod to release your headlight for removal from the vehicle.

The rod is attached to a clip on the underside of the headlight assembly - when you pull the rod it releases the clip from the base in the vehicle.

The rods are plastic so can become brittle with age - many of these are now broken.

These rods are not 'handed' so can be used on the right hand side or left hand side.

We supply you with a pair of rods - you can replace both of yours (for some preventative maintenance) or keep one as a spare.

These are genuine Land Rover items and are brand new in retail packaging.
