These grilles are the same as those fitted to the new Hilux launched in Asia and will soon be released here in the UK.

They do fit the pre 2009 trucks but there is some modification needed to get these to fit.

Basically you need to use a dremel to make some new holes for the postion of the locating tabs at the bottom of the grille - we have done this modification to our company truck and have taken pictures and made some instructions on how to fit this product. Other sellers on ebay are saying its a straight swap - this is not true but it is not a complex modification.

This grille is an aftermarket replacement grille made to the highest quality.

We also have these grilles with the center section colour coded black rather than graphite.

This grille do not come withe the centre Toyota logo but you can transfer the logo from your old grille ( they just clip on ) and the size and fixing points for the logo are the same on the old and new grilles.

Fitting Details

Drop Remove the screws holding the top of your grille to the slam panel

Release the clips at the lower edge of the grille by inseting a screwdriver between the bumper and grille.

Pull grille forwards to release.

Drill new holes in rear of front bumper ( instructions provided )

Replace with new grille.

This item will fit all Toyota Hilux Mk6 / Vigo trucks ( slight modification needed on 2005 -2008 models )

These WILL NOT fit the older Hilux models ( Mk3 / Mk4 / Mk5 etc )

These WILL NOT fit the Hilux Surf
