This product is so simple and yet so effective.

So we all know it is impossible to put the diesel fuel nozzle into a petrol car as the Diesel fuel nozzle at the filling station is too big.

However it is all to easy to put Petrol into a Diesel car !! and this is an expensive mistake !

This device fits into the filler neck of your car and makes it impossible to insert the unleaded nozzle as there is an inner collar in the device.

If you don't notice you have put Petrol in your Discovery and you drive it you are looking at a bill running into £1000's and you are not covered by your warranty or insurance.

The reason is that the petrol destroys the seals on the injectors and the fuel pump so these all need replacing.

Aside from the cost there is the time, paperwork, inconvenience and marital disharmony that will follow !

Fitting Details

Full colour instructions are provided but here is the main summary

Remove you old filler cap

Insert the device into your filler neck and turn ( using tool provided ) to lock the device into your filler neck

Fit new filler cap (provided) and tether strap (provided )

A straightforward DIY operation.

Which Vehicles will this fit ?

This item will fit the TD5 Diesel versions of the Discovery II from 1999 to 2005

These WILL NOT fit the Earlier Discovery 1 or the later discovery 3 ( see our other items for the Disco 3 version )
