These side protection bars (rock sliders) offer great looks in addition to side protection. Ideal for Green Laneing and the Supermarket Car Park! These bars are highly polished stainless steel and the kit is supplied with stainless steel mounting bolts.

These bars will fit both the 3 & 5 door Freelander models.

The bars are fitted to the chassis rail and inner sill using nutsert 'rivets', in the same way as the genuine Land Rover side bars. This method provides a proper structural mounting for the side bars. We do not use 'quick fit' clamps.

Note that these side bars are made from Stainless Steel and will not corrode. We do not supply Freelander chrome side bars.

An M8 Nutsert fitting tool is required to fit these bars. You can purchase a tool from us for £10. See RFT230. Full instructions are provided with the tool. (Note: We are sorry that we can no longer offer these tools on a free loan basis as many of our loan tools were never returned).
